​DELIVERY & PAYMENT

DOMESTIC DELIVERY AND PAYMENT FOR WITHIN BULGARIA: ANTIKONTI™ uses the courier services of Econt Express and Speedy. Courier delivery is a fast and reliable way to receive shipments throughout the country. All our shipments include the option of SMS notification, review and test, where you will have the opportunity to view and try on the item you have chosen right at the courier's office!

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 (seven working days) from the date of receipt, the costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the buyer! Returned products must not have been further used and must be in the same condition and consumption in which they were received!

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME FOR WITHIN BULGARIA:

Orders placed by 3:00 PM on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery is 1 to 3 business days from the date of order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day at the earliest. If you have correctly filled in your details and delivery address in the order, the choice of the courier company, it will deliver the order as soon as possible. In case we need more information, we will contact you at the phone number indicated in your order! Transport costs are at the expense of the recipient, and payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment. Transportation costs are at our expense only if the amount of your order exceeds 69.00 €.

 

PAYMENTS:

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Goods ordered through the Website can be paid for by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order or online via Revolut/ PayPal.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international orders are shipped with "safe bubble envelope & tracking code" within 6 days of purchase (completely product & delivery price paid, via PayPal/ Revolut), via different shipping service depending on the country of residence. Most international orders will be received via your local postal service within 7-30 days after shipment depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays from the shipping providers. ANTIKONTI™ does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect, that is the responsibility of the shipping courier.
 
CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
Although rarely, some international purchases might be subject to custom fees. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges, sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these charges!
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURN:
Our products are vintage and second hand, therefore some minor imperfections or defects are to be expected. Legally all buyers can return an item within 7 business days of receiving. The returned goods have to be in the same condition as received for us to process the refund. The buyer can choose any company/service for the return and the money will be refunded as soon as we receive and examine the products. The buyer is responsible for all return fees and they are non-refundable. We advise a tracked or signed service to ensure that your returning items are not lost during transit. ANTIKONTI™ is not responsible for lost returns!
