Q: Are the clothes and other items which offered are new or second hand?

A: Almost everything is second-hand and only in single pieces. If you are late, someone else will take it! Each item is hand-picked and selected! Some of the items are outlet and are new with tags, which can be recognized by the description of the condition of the garment. Others are completely NEW (example: jewelry).

 

Q: Do you send orders with a "check & test" option?

A: Yes, definitely! Each order comes with options for: review and test + SMS notification. In case you cancel the order, the return fee to our address is at your expense.

Q: Do you ship items outside of Bulgaria?

A: Yes, we ship items to any location in the world. Our operation is carried out through "Bulgarian Post". All international orders are shipped with a "secure envelope and tracking code" within 6 business days from the time of purchase (product and shipping cost fully paid via PayPal/Revolut). The shipment is then delivered via a different courier service depending on the country of residence. Most international orders are received via the local postal service within 7-30 days after shipment, depending on the location.

 

Q: Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays ?

A: NO, deliveries are only made on so-called "working days" from Monday to Friday, until 3:00 PM.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: You can pay in advance via Revolut/ PayPal.

Q: The garment doesn't fit me, how can I return it?

A: Wrong size or you changed your mind? You can return the item within 7 business days. The item must be sent to us in the same condition as it was received, along with all the "bonuses" that came with it! Q: I placed an order through the site, and now I get a 404 error and I can't see the details?

A: This is because you most likely placed the order without registering on the site, but as a guest. We recommend that you create an account. This way you will be able to monitor what is happening with your orders. Accordingly, you will be able to monitor all your orders made so far as well as their status. And besides, you will have the exclusive opportunity to receive promotional offers and bonuses from us!

Q: How do I know what condition an item is in?

A: We collect clothes with character. Band tees, heavy prints, rings, oversized finds and more, and more, and more. We don't believe in mass-selling. We don't believe in taking yourself too seriously either. #F@CK FAST FASHION!
